650 Church Street: A Perfect Dolores Park Perch

One of our properties is located at 650 Church Street in San Francisco, and sits right atop a hill that overlooks Dolores Park in between the Castro District and the Mission District.

The Mission
The Mission District, also commonly called “The Mission,” is a neighborhood originally known as “the Mission lands” meaning the lands belonging to the sixth Alta California mission, Mission San Francisco de Asis. The neighborhood is now home to an increasingly diverse population of people from all over the Americas and some of the world’s leaders in technology.

The Castro
Widely known as the birthplace of the LGBT civil rights movement is home to a mecca of shops, restaurants, and landmarks. The Castro District is only a few short blocks walking distance from our building. A stroll through the area is an excellent way to experience some of the most interesting and up kept architecture in the city.Dolores Park
According to DoloresParkWorks.org the Ohlone Indians were the first to inhabit the land around what was later to become Mission Dolores Park. They had inhabited the area for several centuries before Spanish missionaries arrived in 1776 to establish Mission San Francisco Dolores.

Today, the park is inhabited by some of the workforce that drives technology. The city has been–since its founding–a hub for explorers, innovators, and leaders in industry. Our tenants at 650 Church in SF have the privilege to see one of the city’s most loved parks from the comfort of their homes.

Come hang with us at the park sometime!

Have a great Memorial Day Weekend!
